The assignment

Graduate students must prepare online lecture notes for two topics. Due one week after that particular lecture (a Wednesday, by midnight).

I will post outlines of the lectures. Your job is to flesh them out with the discussion, examples (including images, if possible), and elaboration that I provided in class. It should not be in essay form, but should instead be more of a detailed outline of the lecture--not necessarily with all complete sentences. Use the genre lecture page as a sample:

Help with the editing process

Check the "Help!" link in the left-hand navigation bar in Screenpedia.

Where to practice on Screenpedia

A good way to practice on Screenpedia is to edit your own profile there, which Screenpedia calls a "user page." For example, mine is at

User:Jeremy Butler

To edit your user page, log in to Screenpedia and then look at the top of the page for your account name. Click it and you'll be take to your user page. If this is the first time you've looked at it, you'll be automatically put into edit mode. On subsequent visits, click the "edit" link at the top of the page to start the edit process.
